About Local Repair

Unihertz now offers Local Repair Service* for your Unihertz devices. Any difficulties or malfunctions that you might be experiencing with your device can be addressed swiftly and professionally, ensuring the best performance and long-lasting durability of your phone products. If you are unfamiliar with the technical operation associated with electronic device repairs, we recommend taking full advantage of our Local Repair services.


1. Order Local Repair service

After you have ordered the Local Repair services, you will receive an order confirmation email. Unihertz will send a Local Repair service claim instruction email to you within 1-2 business days. Check your inbox for the designated address to send your device to our Local Repair provider.


2. Local Repair provider fixs your device

After receiving your device, Unihertz authorized Local Repair provider will inspect it to determine the cause of the malfunction and propose a repair plan to repair your device. If additional charges apply after inspection, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

3. Mail the repaired device back to you

After the repair is completed, our dedicated tester will carefully test your phone to ensure that all malfunctions have been fixed. Once the testing is done, your device will be promptly shipped back to you.

* Local Repair Service is currently available in the continental United States, United Kingdom, Japan and Russia. More countries will be covered soon.
* Once you applied for Send-in Repair service, you are supposed to cover the express fees.

Repair Service Ordering

Your device is eligible for free in-warranty repair during the warranty period, provided there is no unauthorized disassembly, liquid damage, or other physical damage. Eligibility is subject to the warranty policy.

The Local Repair service is available only at the Unihertz official online store.

Ordering the wrong service may result in additional fees and delays due to incompatible parts. Email service@unihertz.com immediately to resolve this issue.

The Repair Process

After ordering, you'll receive a confirmation email and instructions for sending your device to our Local Repair provider.

Repairs take 3-5 days, excluding shipping. After receiving your device, processing takes 1-3 days. Once repaired, it will be shipped within 48 hours. Delivery times may vary.

Repairs are conducted by the Unihertz authorized provider in your country or region.

No, repairs must be conducted at the authorized provider's workshop. You need to mail or deliver your device to the designated address.
