We are writing to share an important update regarding the pricing of our Titan 2 smartphone.
Due to an unprecedented global surge in memory component prices, a trend affecting the entire tech industry, we are facing a significant increase in our production costs. The rise in memory prices compared with previous levels is remarkable.
This dramatic price surge is primarily driven by the explosive growth of AI technologies. The soaring demand for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) used in AI servers has led memory manufacturers to prioritize HBM production, significantly squeezing the supply of standard memory chips used in smartphones. This structural imbalance between supply and demand has driven memory prices sharply upward.
Our previous inventory of memory components has now been fully depleted, and all new Titan 2 units are being produced using memory purchased at these significantly higher prices. While we have successfully absorbed rising costs for as long as possible to maintain stability for our customers, this is no longer sustainable under the current cost structure.
Consequently, we must implement a price adjustment for the Titan 2.
This decision was not made lightly. We have always strived to offer the best possible technology at the most honest price, and we remain committed to that principle. However, the magnitude of this global supply chain challenge has made this adjustment unavoidable.
We are currently finalizing the details of the new pricing structure. The exact implementation date and the revised price will be confirmed and announced on our official website as soon as they are available.
