BY ACCEPTING OUR PRODUCT REVIEW INVITATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS POLICY, AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL ITS PROVISIONS.
1. Purpose
This policy outlines the confidentiality obligations related to the prototype of Unihertz’s phone product provided to you for review purposes.
2. Confidential Information
All information related to the product, including but not limited to design, specifications, features, images, videos, and technical details, is considered highly confidential.
3. Confidentiality Obligations
- You agree to keep all information about the product strictly confidential.
- You shall not disclose, publish, or share any details about the product with any third parties before the official launch date.
- You shall use the confidential information solely for review purposes.
4. Embargo Date
No information about the product shall be publicly disclosed or shared until the Embargo Date, which is the official release or announcement date, if applicable.
5. Breach of Confidentiality
Any unauthorized disclosure or breach of this confidentiality policy may result in:
- Termination of current and future collaborations.
- Immediate blacklisting from working with Unihertz in any capacity.
6. Return of Prototype
Upon completion of the review, Unihertz may request the return of all confidential materials, including the prototype and related documents. If a return is requested, all materials must be returned or destroyed as instructed. Any additional shipping or processing costs incurred shall be covered by Unihertz.
