Dear US Users,
We are aware of the connectivity issues many of you have encountered on the AT&T network. These interruptions are due to the carrier's recent policy changes. Although Unihertz smartphones are unlocked devices, many are not currently certified by US carriers.
AT&T recently released a whitelist of smartphone brands that will continue to work on their network after February 2022. Unfortunately, most Unihertz products are not on this list. If you are using an unlisted Unihertz smartphone on the AT&T network, your service may stop working normally after February 2022. We apologize for this inconvenience, which is a direct result of the carrier's policy change.
However, we have important updates regarding authorized Unihertz devices:
- Unihertz Jelly 2: Authorized to Operate on AT&T’s and Cricket’s network! (Updated: Nov 16, 2023)
- Great News for Titan 2 US Users: AT&T & Cricket Authorization (Updated: Nov 26, 2025)
Our Recommendation
- For Jelly 2 and Titan 2 Users: Your devices are authorized and should work correctly on AT&T.
- For Users of Other Unihertz Models: Unihertz is attempting to contact AT&T to find a solution, but this process will take time. We kindly ask for your patience. In the meantime, if you are experiencing issues, we suggest switching to other compatible carriers, such as T-Mobile or Verizon.
Sincerely,
The Unihertz Team
