We are pleased to inform you that the Unihertz Titan 2 has been tested and is officially authorized to operate on both AT&T's and Cricket's networks*.
* Please note that the Unihertz Titan 2 is not yet listed in the public AT&T whitelist document due to a delay in the website update (Last updated: November 13, 2025).
To update your Titan 2 and enjoy the latest features, simply go to Settings > About Phone > System Update*. Check for updates and install the latest software.
* Please note: DO NOT use unofficial flashing tools to install the ROM, as they may format the device and result in the loss of important parameters. If this occurs, users will need to send their devices to our after-sales technical department for parameter reconfiguration to restore functionality, which won't be warranty-covered.
We appreciate your support and trust in Unihertz; if you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service, as we are committed to continuous improvement and hope you enjoy the enhanced experience these upgrades provide.
Thank you for choosing Unihertz.
