Please follow these steps to clear cache before searching for the update again:

How to erase my personal data/ factory reset my phone?

Reset to Factory Settings (When your phone can be turned on)

Settings ->System ->Reset Options ->Erase all data (factory reset)

Power off your phone -> Press and hold the Power and Volume up buttons -> After your phone vibrates, keep holding the buttons for 5 seconds to enter Recovery mode -> Press the Volume up and down buttons to select the option to clear data or restore your device to its factory settings -> then press the Power button to confirm -> Reboot your phone.

How can I unlock my phone if I forgot my PIN or password?

If you have forgotten your phone password and want to unlock it, you will have to restore your device to its factory settings. Then you can set it up again and set a new screen lock.

However, all data on your phone will be erased and cannot be restored. It is recommended that you confirm whether you have backed up your phone data on the cloud or by other means. It is also recommended that you confirm whether you or someone else has changed the PIN/password. If you still cannot recall the password, refer to last Question to restore your device.

How many keyboard languages does Titan and Titan Pocket support?

English, English(UK), German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Russian, Dutch, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese(Zhuyin, Cangjie, Quick input).

For the keyboard input of other languages, we may consider adding them in the future if we receive enough demands.

On the other hand, Android system supports a wide range of languages, with which you will be able to turn on touch screen input as a supplement.

TELECOM COMPATIBILITY

How do I know if the phone can work with my SIM card in my country?

1. Check the feedback from other users here.

2. Please find the the phone's supported bands in product specs and check if those meet your sim-card carrier's needs or contact your carrier.

* Due to different carrier's policy regarding to unlocked phones, LTE wireless service may not be available even if listed bands are supported by your carrier. When this happens, please contact your carrier for more details.

Is the phone compatible with Verizon?

Our phone can work fine in Verizon network. However, as it is not certified by Verizon, you cannot activate your new SIM card with it. Please activate the new SIM card with another Verizon certified device and then use it in your Unihertz phone.

How to solve the problem of black screen when calling?

1. Please clear the dust in your proximity censor hole on top of your phone.

2. Input *#3377# in the Dial-up interface.

What to do when some of apps in my phone don't run in the background while the screen is off?

Please permit the apps to run in the background by activating them in the following three settings:

1. Go to Sound Recorder app and run a recording test.

2. Check whether your SIM card works well on the other phone.

Why others can hear me but I can't hear them?

1. Please check if this only happened to some or all of friends you called.

2. Stay in the same location and insert your SIM card into another Android phone and the same issue arises.

3. Turn on call record in the call interface to record a call, then check whether the sound recorded is normal.

Why my battery runs out so quickly?

1. Please send us a full screenshot of your battery usage in Settings ->battery ->battery usage.

2. Follow these steps to capture the battery log and send it to service@unihertz.com for further analysis.

The broken glass is not covered by warranty.

Support Ignores Customer Requests - Stealing Backers Money

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I was NOT on any of the "wrong address" lists. I was one of the initial batch of backers. They shipped the product out and OnTrac never delivered it. After 2 days, they stated they shipped it back to UniHertz because the address was wrong. OnTrac's web portal still says "out for delivery" but they will NOT speak to me because I never touched the product. I have sent all of this information to UniHertz and they just repeatedly pass the buck, telling me to talk to OnTrac who, again, WILL NOT SPEAK TO ME. OnTrac continues to hang up after I keep telling them that the UniHertz is forcing me to do the work and try and find out where the package is. This has now been a month and a half since this issue began with no resolution. UniHertz support, despite showing ALL of my chat logs, still states that I have to talk to OnTrac. Well I DIDN'T CHOOSE ONTRAC! YOU DID! THEY WANT YOU TO TALK TO THEM AND YOUR SUPPORT TEAM WILL NOT FOLLOW THE REQUIRED PROCESS. I hope nobody who backed this needs support as it has been a nightmare and these people have not even tried to help.

Una meraviglia.. uno spettacolo! Lo utilizzo come cellulare principale, vengo da un samsung flip, ma questo titan lo adoro! Funzionano perfettamente tutte le applicazioni, quelle poche che non supportano lo schermo quadrato c’é l’opzione di ridimensionamento facendoti girare l’applicazione perfettamente! La batteria mi dura 3 giorni, è infinita, ma dipende l’uso che ne fai. Da nostalgico quale sono avere una tastiera fisica è stupendo, non commetti più errori ortografici, praticità ed utilità estrema! Software molto performante, inoltre la tastiera capacitiva la adoro, facendo pratica non copri più lo schermo con le dita ma utilizzi solo la tastiera. Non potrei più farne a meno

Good but disappointed in the App side.

Phone is very solid built and bring back the feel of my old Blackberry phone.
However, quite disappointed on the app side.
As screen size is square, not the standard candy-bar form, quite alot of my apps don't work on Titan 2.
Most frustrated is that I can't activite my sim app on this phone as NEXT icon is not in the screen area, refer to photo.

So much better than the 1st Gen Titan (Would rate 4.5 if it were possible)

I tried the original Titan for about 2 weeks and had to return it due to issues with it's reception (wifi, data, and cellular.... so everything) being so poor. This generation has managed to mostly fix those issues well enough for this to be a viable option for me. I haven't noticed any issues switching from node to node with my mesh network at home and cellular reception seems to fine. Data might be a bit weaker than other phones on the T-Mobile network though, I have had a few instances of very slow performance web browsing while out in the "wild" which is more than likely due to not having the exact band that was strongest in that particular location. My biggest gripe is that the web browser should have some sort of unlocked mode to be able zoom out to make web sites that don't want to conform to the screen size fully visible (rare but does happen). More than likely, I will dive down the rabbit hole of rooting and etc to fix the other small annoyances (remove unused text bars and other unnecessary screen clutter) to optimize the UI to my liking.
Other than that, it is an excellent bit of kit for the price point and hardware capabilities. The size is actually quite nice as well as it really is about perfect for thumb typing. My texts have become less unhinged sounding now. No more weird autocorrect vocabulary quirks that just become the default option, nope from now on any weirdness is all me!
