I loved my old Blackberry and still wanted a Smartphone that wasn't totally Google oriented. This fits the bill and is beautiful too! Camera takes lovely pics too.
This company has by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been a unihertz supporter for many years, I have backed and purchased many phones. The customer service had always been sub-par but I kept supporting them because I liked their ideas and devices, but this was the last straw. I ordered this phone and was told my address could not be used because it was a "P.O. box area" even though I used my street address. I told them that I had purchased many of their phones & none of them had gotten lost. Instead of thanking me for my years of support and for my current purchase, they continued to tell me that my street address was not a street address & that if I didn't provide a different one they would cancel my order and block me for "sending duplicate emails" (those emails were to assure them that my address was NOT a P.O. Box) what was I supposed to do, make up a fake address?? I only have 1 street address! They clearly do not want or need our business, so why are they making us fund all of their projects on Kickstarter? Unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere, I'm sure the Clicks Communicator company will welcome my business with open arms, so upon completion of this review I will be heading to their website so support a company that is worthy of it.
I've owned this phone for a few years now and have had very few issues with it. I dropped it for the first time while sweeping my kitchen today and the speakers immediately stopped working. Any claims about this device being rugged are sadly false. I loved this phone and I'm genuinely bummed and disappointed to see this.

Il a chuté bcp de fois. Il a des impacts sur toutes sa surface et ça a pris bcp de temps pour qui soit hors service.
En réalité, il fonctionne mais c'est l'écran qui n'affiche plus rien. Il reste noir.
J'aurais aimé le réparer mais il n'y a plus d'écran disponible actuellement.
Dommage.
Je me suis résolu à acheter un smartphone sans touches physique.
Ça me manque.
J'ai hâte de retrouver cette sensation de précision et d'assurance dans l'écriture.
Ok, i already use it as my main phone for 1 week! This perfectly fine keyboard make me put my s25 as a secontary device!!! I use it for emails, chatting, calls, while its perfect for watching and buying/selling my stocks! For photos is ok, but for videos i'm using the s25 of course. It lucks of stabilization, so i can't use it for videos!
The phone is fast enough, not faster than s25 of course, but still it's perfectly usable! I thought it would be way slower, but ufs 3.1 and dimensity 7300 is perfectly fine!
I'm hoping Titan 2 Elite to be as fast as this, with a keyboard as good as the Titan 2! But i would prefer a better basic camera with ois! I don't care for the sub screen, because it's almost uselless... 12gb ram and 512gb storage is perfectly fine too! Removing the sub screen and adding a notifications led would be perfect for Titan 2 Elite!
the best feature is its dimension. there are no phones like this on the market. but camera is bad and even more annoying a lot of dust accumulate between camera lens and cover. I managed to clean it once thanks to service help, but after a couple of months is full again of dust. I really hope Unertz will solve the problem, because cameras are useless like this
Arrived on time so that was a good sign. I love the industrial design at work here. It feels substantial and not for the faint of heart/strength to pick the heavy critter up. If you have poor upper body strength, this smartphone will definitely help you finish an email, text in Signal and develop a healthy bicep regime all at the same time. Brilliant really.
As far as the texting experience, it's bloody fantastic.

This is my fourth Unihertz device, following the Jelly Star, Tank Mini, and Titan 2, and I find it to be the most satisfactory. Its compact design, day-long battery life, essential features, and overall appeal are commendable. However, I remain critical of the hole-punch display, as it significantly reduces usable screen real estate. I also believe a bottom-mounted speaker would enhance the user experience. Furthermore, the limited software support is a concern. I strongly advocate for Unihertz to provide consistent firmware and security updates for their devices over a sustained period, rather than prioritizing the release of new models with minimal ongoing support. Such a commitment would undoubtedly attract a broader user base.
I am pleased with my recent purchase! Everything arrived exactly as described, and the quality is excellent. I'm very happy with the product condition value and appearance. It definitely met my expectations. I would recommend. I was a BlackBerry enthusiast. I hated when they went to the touch screen and then went out of business. Along came unihertz and restored my hope. I was using a Samsung Galaxy Z fold 7. I haven't used it since receiving my Titan 2. I get so many stares , compliments and questions. I direct them to the unihertz website so they can order there own. I am glad the QWERTY is back thank you unihertz.
Hi, I love him. He is my little guy, he's tiny. I get laughed at every time I pull him out. He is my little shit. When i'm with my friends i yell, "look im taking pictures of my little shit, with my little shit." He is the highlight of my day.
It is cute, but too small for my hands and the battery, meh!

I have used for a couple of months and switched to Jelly Max as this being a little too wide for my hands and I really don't use the QWERTY as much!
In the past 7-8 year I was using a Blackberry Key2 with Android 8.1 and I still love it. I have to change it because of Android, more and more apps stopped working... If I could upgrade Android, that would be the heaven.
I ordered this phone end of November and got it after about 8 days. I use it for about 10 days.
With this phone my feeling is like: we found and bought a lot of cheap parts, what should we do? Let's make a phone! 11 years old screen from Blackberry, smart watch display on the background (why???), infra port (for what?).
It's good, because:
- isn't full with unnecessary, unremovable preinstalled apps
- 11 years old and only LCD display is still OK, I am absolutely OK with it
- screen protector on both screen, plus one for front screen in the box
- 33W charger in the box
- Type-C - Type C cable in the box
- Type-C - 3.5 jack adapter in the box
Next Titan would be better with:
1. IP6x waterproof
2. at least three major Android update
3. 3.5 jack port
4. notification LED above screen
5. microSD slot
6. without unnecessary secondary screen
7. easier to press buttons
8. write secondary characters (like numbers or special) with long-press
9. smaller size, weight
10. better camera
11. special keys plus space at the bottom
12. fingerprint sensor on space or screen, not on activate button

Un téléphone qui sort du lot et qui inspire confiance. Très bon choix 👍👌 raison pour laquelle quelle j’ai pas hésité à précommander le Titan 2 😁 qui sera bien en ma possession
I bought this phone because I was struggling with high screen time, but I didn't want to lose the convenient features of a smartphone. This is not a "dumb phone," but having such a small screen makes it easier to use it as a tool instead of a constant source of entertainment (which was my goal). I simply didn't download any social media apps which reduced my screen time to an hour or less per day! I never had any issues with it, and it was durable with the provided case. Bluetooth, GPS, tap to pay, camera, apps, etc. all worked as expected. I was able to just switch out the SIM card from my smart phone, but I did have to call Verizon to complete the switch which was easy. This is a good option if you have the same goal as me, or if you just want a smaller fully functioning smart phone. People really get a kick out of it!
Una meraviglia.. uno spettacolo! Lo utilizzo come cellulare principale, vengo da un samsung flip, ma questo titan lo adoro! Funzionano perfettamente tutte le applicazioni, quelle poche che non supportano lo schermo quadrato c’é l’opzione di ridimensionamento facendoti girare l’applicazione perfettamente! La batteria mi dura 3 giorni, è infinita, ma dipende l’uso che ne fai. Da nostalgico quale sono avere una tastiera fisica è stupendo, non commetti più errori ortografici, praticità ed utilità estrema! Software molto performante, inoltre la tastiera capacitiva la adoro, facendo pratica non copri più lo schermo con le dita ma utilizzi solo la tastiera. Non potrei più farne a meno
I live his dimmensions, just Perfect. Wery grippy handy. Battery and proc impressed me a lot. Is quite heavly this on minus. Generalny if u wanna 5' i recommend it. On foto u can der how small he is :)
I just love this phone. I needed something to be able to access all of my apps but at the same time I didn't something distracting. Since it's screen is so small I only use it when it's necessary. Great camera by the way
I have very small hands and the Android phones available are just way to big for me. I like being able to pocket my phone without it easy being pulled out by some thief. I carry a very small purse so being able to slip it in my purse without struggle is a HUGE plus for me!

The tank mini is so excellent! According to the operation these days, I believe that tank mini is my favorite smartphone. The size and performance are fine to me. The most important thing is the battery life, it has a more life than other smartphone which has bigger size than it. Therefore, I hope you can produce the more product which has same physical size as tank mini. In the other hand, maybe you can try to design tank mini 2 at the same physical size and longer battery life. Tank mini has the same physical size with the mouse is so fantastic!
This device is the perfect size to take anywhere, and it does it all! 5" but it has a microSD card reader which many large phones no longer have. There is room for improvement in the photo and especially video section, although the color accuracy has already been achieved and the high-resolution photos are pretty good. In short, this product perfectly meets a real need. I will probably give it free publicity around me!
