Thank you for visiting and shopping with Unihertz. The following policy applies to shipping for Unihertz products on www.unihertz.com. For purchases from other official channels, please refer to the corresponding policy as per the sales channel.
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details. If payment is not completed, you will receive an abandoned cart email with an express checkout button within 10 hours.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1~3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. For significant delays, please contact us for further details about your order processing status.
Shipping Methods
To ensure smooth delivery, orders are shipped without requiring a signature. If you prefer the security of signature confirmation, please contact us before your order ships and an additional fee of $30 will apply for this service.
Shipping methods for your order will be displayed at checkout. Also, you can use the Estimate Shipping tool on the cart page to look up the available shipping methods to your location.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to the dedicated tracking portal via email. Please monitor the local delivery status closely to ensure timely receipt of your parcel. Delivery timeframes vary by location and may be affected by force majeure events, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, war, terrorism, or epidemics.
- Pre-order shipments will be scheduled based on inventory availability.
- For orders containing multiple items, they may be shipped separately.
- If you have not received your order within 30 days of shipment, please contact us for an update on your delivery status.
Customs Fees
Customs fees may apply for deliveries to certain countries, and you will be responsible for paying these fees. We recommend checking your country’s regulations before making a purchase. When customs fees apply, your local customs officer will reach out with the necessary details. If you refuse to pay the customs fees, your parcel will be destroyed, and no refund will be issued.
Abnormal Statuses in Logistics
In actual logistics transportation, it is inevitable that abnormal situations may occur. If your order shows any of the following issues, please contact your local logistics provider or post office for handling:
- No updates on your shipment for more than a week.
- Repeated status updates, such as multiple customs clearance operations.
- Status indicates that the package has been delivered, but you have not received the goods.
