Step 1

Remove the three screws from the right edge bezel, remove the right edge bezel (Be careful not to drop the buttons)

Remove the three screws from the left edge bezel, remove the SIM card tray, and remove the left edge bezel(Be careful not to drop the buttons)

Remove the six screws on the right side of the device body

Pry up and disconnect the two battery connectors from the motherboard

Pull off the battery adhesive strips (Be careful not to rip them off).
If you accidentally rip off the strips, use tweezers to gently rotate to pull out the remaining strips.

Pry up the original battery gently and clean up the residual adhesive strip.

Check whether the interface cable is loose after removing the battery

  • Remove the protective film from the new battery adhesive strip.
  • Press the replacement battery gently to make it more fixed
