I installed a 64g SD card in my new Jelly pro last night and it doesn't seem to be be recognized. What do I need to do in order to get that working?

I had intermittent problems with my SIM and SD cards not being recognized. I noticed they did not fit very tightly in their slots. I had a couple of old nano SIM cards so I glued them to the back of my SIM and SD cards an now they fit very snugly and always work. If you don't have extra SIM cards, I think you can cut a little chunk off the punch-out card which used to hold your SIM card.

As Jelly has a native Android system, it doesn't handle the default Microsoft exFAT format of SD XC Card as Samsung or Sony smartphones. You must format 64G and above cards in FAT32. Works for me with 128Gb
